Our team at the GRAPH@FIT research group will show you just how capable artificial intelligence is of working with (not only) historical documents. You’ll get to try out an app that recognises your handwriting in real time, can handle images and musical notation (and will even play back the notes for you). We’ll show you smart tools for working with transcribed texts: they allow you to search by meaning, ask interactive questions and create summaries, much like today’s AI assistants. You can also look forward to a demonstration of semantic image search and facial recognition in historical materials.
