Faculty of safety engineering
The Faculty of Safety Engineering is the youngest faculty of VSB-TU Ostrava. It was founded in 2002. Study at the faculty focuses on safety and fire protection and students have at their disposal a modern experimental infrastructure in new laboratories. Graduates find employment as safety technicians, crisis managers, fire technicians, members of security forces, etc.
