Guided tour of the Light Microscopy Service Laboratory.

The laboratory is a state-of-the-art scientific service laboratory equipped with a wide range of advanced microscopy techniques and approaches for image processing. The available equipment includes a wide range of instruments, from simple wide-field fluorescence microscopes, confocal microscopes, to advanced techniques such as light sheets, confocal spinning disks or super-resolution methods. We also provide tools and expertise in the field of image processing and analysis, including chromatic aberration correction, routine deconvolution, tracking, image segmentation, analysis of photo-kinetic experiments, mathematical modeling and simulation of biological processes, etc.

The tour will begin at set intervals at the central staircase on the ground floor.
