🎨 Sign Treasures on Paper

Are painting and coloring your favorite activities? Come and combine them with learning something new! Color the pictures while practicing signs – you’ll engage your fingers, eyes, and mind!

• when signing, you don’t just use your hands, but also facial expressions, your torso, and the space around you?

• a small difference in movement can completely change the meaning of what you’re saying?

• for example, the signs for husband and schnitzel aren’t all that different?

  Experience Science! Give your chemoreceptors a good dose of serotonin in the interactive exhibitions of the Centre of Sports Activities and the Alfons counselling centre. You will be able to try everything out yourself, and researchers from the Brno University of Technology will gladly explain anything you’re curious about. You can come anytime between 5:00 PM and midnight. The program will be interpreted into Czech Sign Language and is suitable even for parents with small children. Please enter the Machina fitness centre premises without shoes or use shoe covers provided at the entrance. The interactive exhibition will be guided by specialists from Alfons, the centre that supports students with special needs at BUT, and by experts from the Centre of Sports Activities, which educates sports technologists.
