Parents and teachers often ask when the right time is to start talking to children about sex and reproduction. What if they start too soon and the child is not ready for it, or their interpretation prematurely leads the child to inappropriate sexual activities? What if they step in too late and the child runs into sexual predators, catches a disease, or, God forbid, gets pregnant? In my presentation, I will explain why it is never too early for sex education and what mistakes to avoid during it. Let's find out where the penis is in the human body and why it is better to give children a plush toy chlamydia to play with than to scare teenagers with ugly pictures of syphilis.
